Lee Webster is a supervisor, counselor, and former director of the Center for Human Development, an Outpatient Mental Health Center. He is currently the vice-chair of the Wisconsin Family Council, a role he took on after supporting 2007 Marriage Amendment to the Wisconsin Constitution.

He was on the organizing committee for HOPE LIFE Center and has most recently resigned from the Wausau School Board where he served for two terms. Lee has over 50 years of experience as a professional social worker and psychotherapist. He and his wife Barb founded the Center, have resided in Wausau all their adult lives, and have raised 3 children here. They have 15 grandchildren, most of whom live and worship in the Wausau area. In his presentation, Lee will trace his own faith walk, discuss social and moral changes that he has observed in his practice, and encourage principled faith-based leadership.
